Quality Customer Service

Company X is geared toward providing excellent customer service to its guests. Currently, employees are receiving undesirable reviews in that area. Training is needed to provide the employees with the knowledge required to provide stellar customer service and enhance the guest experience when they are with us.

Aftercare Lockdown Procedures

It is important to train new staff how to effectively and safely execute a lockdown in the event of an emergency and during monthly drills. Also important is to increase the effectiveness of campus lockdowns by reviewing the safety procedures for staff every year.
